Ashford sits on the M20 with three junctions of its own, 9, 10 and 10A, and when Operation Brock is running the coastbound carriageway between junctions 8 and 9 becomes a slow contraflow with no hard shoulder to speak of. We quote a fixed price that includes the tyre, fitting, balancing, a new valve, disposal of the old tyre and VAT, then agree a time. For emergencies in Ashford we aim for 30 to 60 minutes; booked jobs are usually same day or next day.

The fitter arrives in a fully equipped van, fits and balances the tyre next to the car, checks the pressures on the other three and takes the old tyre away for recycling through a licensed waste carrier.
