We ask where you are, what the vehicle is and whether anyone is hurt or in danger. If you are on a motorway, we will talk you through staying safe.

You get a fixed price for the recovery and an honest arrival time.

Our driver loads the vehicle, secures it and takes it where you need it to go. You can travel in the cab with us.
Pricing
Local recovery is a fixed fee that includes loading and the first few miles, with a clear per-mile rate beyond that. Long-distance transport is quoted as a single price for the job. There is nothing added when we arrive. We accept card, bank transfer and cash.

Are you insured to carry my vehicle?
Yes. We carry recovery operator insurance that covers your vehicle while it is loaded, in transit and being unloaded.
Can you tow an automatic or a four-wheel drive?
Yes. Automatics, 4x4s and electric vehicles should never be towed with wheels on the ground, which is why we use flatbed trucks for everything.
I have breakdown cover. Why would I call you?
